We strategically layer exercises to create a seamless flow that will keep you moving and help to improve your core muscle endurance, functional stability and mobility. Not for beginners.

This is a mat-based class, which slowly introduces small equipment. For those who are relatively new to Pilates, returning after an extended break or anyone wanting to slow down and focus on form.
