Initial assessment
A comprehensive assessment that allows us to understand your body and create a personalised treatment plan.
We’ll discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and any goals or concerns, followed by a detailed physical assessment to identify what’s driving your issue.
From there, we’ll guide you through the best treatment approach for you. This may include hands-on physiotherapy and a tailored home or gym-based rehab program with a follow up session, or the option to join our Clinical Pilates & Rehab sessions (link to this), where exercises are performed using our equipment, supervised by your physio and progressed in real time to help you recover and build strength more efficiently.
Follow-up session
After completing an initial assessment session, you can go to follow-up sessions. Available in:
30 minutes - Short session suited to focused treatment, quick progressions to your rehab program, or check-ins as you return to full training.
45 minute - Standard session to continue treatment, progress your rehab exercises and keep you moving forward.
55 minute - Longer session ideal for more complex injuries, hands-on treatment combined with rehab, or when you need extra time to progress your program.
