Terms and Conditions

Class cancellation and no show policy

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy for all group fitness classes.

For bookings made on a membership:

All cancellations must be done by the attendee via the Momence app or online. Class cancellation requests cannot be processed via SMS.

Late cancellations made within 8 hours of class start time, or a class that is booked but not attended (no-show) will incur a $10 fee. 

For bookings made using a prepaid class pack:

All cancellations must be done by the attendee via the Momence app or online. Class cancellation requests cannot be processed via SMS.

  • If cancelled prior to the 8-hour cut-off, the class will be credited to the pack.

  • A class that is booked but not attended (no-show) will be deducted from the pack

  • If cancelled within the 8-hour window, the class will be deducted from the pack.

For all other bookings cancelled outside the 8-hour window, the class will be returned to the membership or credited accordingly.

Direct debit membership

  • All direct debit memberships have an 8-week minimum commitment period and are billed weekly.

  • After the initial 8-week commitment has been completed, memberships may be cancelled with 7 days’ written notice.

  • Membership fees will continue to be debited weekly unless written cancellation notice is received.

  • It is the member’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in the nominated account on the scheduled debit date.

Membership suspensions

  •  Memberships may be suspended due to travel or illness.

  • A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for all suspension requests.

  • All suspension requests must be submitted via email to the studio. Requests made via SMS, Instagram, social media, or in person will not be accepted. 

  • Suspensions cannot be applied retrospectively.

Membership contract and cancellation

  • After the 8-week minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled with 7 days’ written notice via email.

  • Memberships will remain active until the end of the notice period.  

  • Memberships cannot be cancelled during a suspension period.

  • All memberships are non-transferable

Intro pass 

  • Our Intro Offers are a special introductory offer available to new clients only and may only be purchased once per person.

  • The Intro Pass activates from the date of the first class booked.

  • The Intro Pass cannot be paused, extended, or suspended, as it is a discounted promotional offer.

Class packs 

  • 10 Class Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Physiotherapy services

  • All Physiotherapy appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the appointment fee or appointment credit. Cancellation requests made via SMS are not valid, please use the app or email hello@mvmtstudio.com.au
