Run Performance Program

Run stronger. Stay injury free. Perform at your best.

How it works

Trying to squeeze strength into an already full running week usually ends up inconsistent, rushed, or skipped altogether. But if you want to stay injury-free and keep progressing, it’s essential.

This program removes that mental load. No second-guessing, no relying on motivation. Just structured, physio-designed strength training that actually carries over to your running. Perfect for runners who:

• Struggle to stay consistent with strength training
• Deal with recurring niggles or injuries
• Want structure, accountability, and expert guidance
• Are training for an event or chasing a new PB

What's included

Initial 45-minute physio assessment
• Identify your specific strength, mobility, stability, or power gaps
• Understand what’s holding your running back and what to work on to keep progressing

30-minute physio reassessment every 8 weeks
• Track progress
• Identify new gaps and adjust your training

2 x run-specific strength sessions per week (8-week block)
• Small group training programmed by physios
• Targets key muscle groups many runners miss

Ongoing coaching and progression
• Clear guidance on technique, load, and progression
• So you know what you’re doing and why
